Learn to Become a 1031 Exchange Expert to Grow Your Business

Learn the details of 1031 Exchanges and how these investments can be a great tax-deferral tool. This session will provide an overview of the 1031 Exchange process, including the types of properties that qualify and benefits that investors receive. A hypothetical example will compare a 1031 Exchange and non-1031 Exchange investment which illustrates the difference in amount of funds available for investment. You will also learn how the Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) structure works and its advantages.
