Debbie Durkee is a REALTOR and Branch Broker for National Land Realty in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Licensed as a broker in Kansas and Oklahoma, Debbie is both an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). She sells country estates, horse properties, and residential acreage in Northeast Oklahoma. She has a Masters in Library Science (M.L.S.) and a Masters in Divinity (M.Div.) in addition to a Bachelors in French. Debbie grew up in Brewster, New York and went to SUNY at Albany before embarking on a career as a law librarian. She worked for Gulf Oil Corporation in Pittsburgh,
PA before moving to Tulsa, OK where she worked for Henson-Williams Realty, commercial real estate developers. In 1994 she became a licensed real estate sales associate with Gordona Duca Realtors, but then continued her theological studies. She came back into real estate full time in 2005 and worked in the Land Group at Coldwell Banker Select through 2019. Debbie specializes in horse properties, hobby farms, cattle ranches, and country estates. Debbie is passionate about landowner rights and reconnecting the mineral and surface estates. She has done landman work for oil companies and is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL). Debbie was the 2014 CRS of the Year in Oklahoma. olunteering as a Pastoral Care Volunteer Visitor at St. John Hospital in Tulsa. Debbie is also a member of the St. John Adoration community at St. John Hospital. Debbie is an evangelist for the True Life in God messages. Debbie is a catechist in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program at her church. She also volunteers as an urban forester at Up With Trees. She loves to garden, cook, walk her dogs, and ride her bicycle along the Arkansas River bike trails to the Gathering Place.
