What is LANDU® Education Bootcamp?

LANDU® Education Bootcamp (previously called Education Week) is a multi-day, in-person land education event. It's an intense, one-of-a-kind way to train as an expert in multiple aspects of land real estate!

Whether you've worked in land real estate for years, or are new to the business, Bootcamp is for you. This event offers education across multiple areas of the industry to help you better serve clients no matter where you are in your career.

Bootcamp offers land professionals the opportunity to network with their peers and greatly enhance their expertise by completing all of the education requirements needed to earn the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation in one place, at one time. 

2025 LANDU® Education Bootcamp (May 28-June 5, 2025) - Save the Date

2025 LANDU Education Bootcamp is coming to the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS® in Tulsa, OK from May 28 - June 5, 2025. Students may register for one or up to six courses. It is not required to take all six courses.

Registration will open April 1, 2025.

Bootcamp Pricing: Individuals will be able to register for one course or up to all six courses. 

Total Member Price (all six courses): $3,425

Total Non-Member Price (all six courses): $4,625

Individual course registration fees are the following, except for Land Investment Analysis:

  • Member Course fee: $535
  • Non-Member fee: $735

Land Investment Analysis fee are the following:

  • Member Course Fee: $750
  • Non-Member fee: $950

REGISTRATION OPENS ON APRIL 1, 2025

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made prior to the start date of the course to receive a refund. Refunds will be made for the full amount paid less a $25 cancellation fee per course cancelled. No refunds will be made after a course’s scheduled start date.

Transportation will not be provided. We recommend either renting a car or taking Uber or Lyft.

The closest airport is Tulsa International Airport (TUL), located at 7777 Airport Dr, Tulsa, OK 74115, about 11 miles from the hotel.

Course Materials:
Course materials will only be provided electronically to download within the RLI Education Portal.  There will be no printed materials available on-site.

Tech Requirements

RLI LANDU Education Bootcamp requires the use of a laptop or desktop computer, including full Excel capabilities. Mobile devices, like iPads, tablets, and cellphones, will not run RLI’s Excel spreadsheets.

PC: Microsoft Office 2000 or higher is necessary to run the RLI’s Land Investment Analysis Excel spreadsheets.

Mac: Mac versions of Microsoft Office 2004, 2011, 2016, or 365 are required to run the RLI Land Investment Analysis Excel Spreadsheets.

Browser: RLI’s education portal is optimized for use with Google Chrome or Mozilla FireFox web browser.

Prior to attending Bootcamp:

Please familiarize yourself with your laptop, operating system, logging onto the RLI website and accessing the education portal, downloading and saving files, and navigating Microsoft Excel, especially if you are purchasing a new laptop for this event.

2024 LANDU® Education Bootcamp Recap

It was another record-setting year for LANDU Education Bootcamp! A total of 63 participants were in attendance from 23 states. The courses were held at the Savannah Area REALTORS® Association from May 30 – June 7.  

Bootcamp is a multi-day education event allowing attendees to complete all the education requirements toward the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. At this year’s Bootcamp, participants expanded their knowledge by attending the Land Investment Analysis, Land 101: Fundamentals of Land Brokerage, Transitional Land, Recreational Land, Subdivision Development, and Tax Deferred 1031 Exchanges courses. 

A special thank you is extended to the following: RLI Georgia Chapter, especially FD Bell, Sam Bowers, ALC, Beth Moraitakis, and Raborn Taylor, III, ALC, and the Savannah Area REALTORS® Association staff for their support in obtaining CE Credit approval in Georgia, hosting the Low Country Boil, and bringing this educational opportunity to Savannah, GA.
