The Land Market Survey is conducted annually each year by the REALTORS® Land Institute and the National Association of REALTORS® Research Group as a tool for real estate land professionals in all sectors of the business to use for benchmarking and as an informational resource when conducting business. The survey is designed to reveal the current trends and state of land markets across the US.
RLI members participate in the survey each year to ensure it accurately represents the current state of the land market.
