Why do I need an account to register?

You don't have to be a member to register, but you will need a free account set up through our website. If you are registering multiple people, and a person is not in our system, you will be prompted to create an account for them.

Can I register multiple people at one time?

Yes, you can register a group of people at one time. You'll be prompted to enter the information for each individual you are registering. If a person has an account set up through the RLI website, our system will recognize their email and ask if that is the correct person. Select that person and continue registration. If a person is not in our system, you will be prompted to create a free account for them.

I'm prompted to agree with the registration policies when I register. Where can I find them?

We ask all registrants to agree with the registration policies when you register for NLC. You can find the policies here.

Do I need to be an RLI Member to attend?

We welcome all attendees including those who aren't currently RLI Members. We offer a non-member rate. However, if you choose to join RLI, you'll save on your conference registration.

Can I attend only certain parts on the conference?

To get the most out of NLC25, we recommend full registration. However, we do have options for guests who do not plan to attend any of the educational sessions (keynotes, breakouts, panel discussions, general sessions, etc.) and only plan to attend meals and networking events. For details see our registration page.

Can I bring a guest to the conference?

Yes, guests are welcome to attend the conference! If your guest does not plan to attend any of the educational sessions (keynotes, breakout sessions, roundtables, panel discussions, general sessions) but wants to attend the NLC meals and receptions with you, you can purchase a guest pass for your guest. To purchase the guest pass, please click the orange "Add Another" button at the bottom of the registration screen after you have added your own registration. You will then select "I'm registering someone else". If the guest is not already in our system, you will need to add them as a new attendee, and then complete their registration. In addition to the guest pass, you have the option to register your guest for the companion activity as well as the APEX Awards Dinner.

Where will the event be held?

The event is held at the Hilton El Conquistador Resort in Tucson, Arizona. The Tucson International Airport (TUS) is the most convenient location for flights.

Do attendees get special rates for travel?

Yes, attendees receive discounted rates for their stay at the El Conquistador Resort as well as for flights booked through Delta or United Airlines. Visit our Travel page for details on how to book and receive your discounts.
